In this position, I frequently act as a tool business areas can utilize to understand our healthcare data. Additionally, I am leveraged to find, evaluate, and resolve any discrepancies in data, data flow, or logic. I also am tasked with building, maintaining, and running reports using IBM's Cognos Analytics tool, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel. I collaborate closely with other departments and third-party vendors to ensure our data is being utilized and implemented corrrectly.

In this position I was tasked with repetitive daily reconciliation and remittance tasks and was able to create new procedures to improve efficiency. Additionally, I displayed initiative by reaching out to leadership to maximize my benefit to the department. Through this, I was tasked with resolving a corrective action plan that had been plaguing the department and was able to accomplish this in a timely, effective, and efficient manner.
