Manages a team of Product Review (Liaison) Engineers who support multiple programs including: AH-64D/E Apache, F/A-18, 787, 777X, P-8, and KC-46 platforms. Team responsibilities include: utilizing FAA approved Material Review Board (MRB) engineering support for the fabrication of Composite Main Rotor Blades (CMRB), Apache secondary airframe and composite structures, F/A-18E/F Leading Edge Extension (LEX) and Flap (LEF) antennas, 787 and 777X bonded brace assemblies, and P-8 Turret Deployable Unit (TDU). Also responsible for managing a team of off-site engineers who provide technical assistance to the depopulation and review of fielded components on the AH-64D Apache; for purpose of re-use on the AH-64E Guardian. Acting Material Review Board Engineering Chief determining implementation, delegation, and site execution for MRB authority.

• Coordinates across multiple Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to create technical responses to a wide range of queries on the Apache platform for both US and foreign customers including structural repairs, drive components, rotors, flight control systems, and composite structures. • Creates technical briefings, and recommends appropriate actions regarding quality and manufacturing escapements to senior level program members, both internal to Boeing and the customer. • Authors engineering escapement memorandums to document appropriate coordination and acceptance of recommended actions for each disclosure. • Works closely with the Customer to promote and foster an open and honest communication environment.

• Provides direct engineering support to emergent manufacturing non-conformances; exercises full Material Review Board (MRB) authority for primary and secondary airplane structures for military and commercial platforms.• Develops and authors engineering repairs for metallic and non-metallic (composite) structures. These include primary and secondary aircraft structures (i.e., rotor blades, composite engine struts, RADOME antennas, and machined pylon structures).• Defines and authors standard repair documents to reduce product cycle-time and overhead program costs. • Applies root cause and corrective action principles to assist in eliminating (or reducing) repetitive fabrication and assembly defects.• Provided engineering liaison support to 747-8 and 787 platforms (2008-2009, rotation); and CH-47F/G modification (2007, rotation).

• Provided engineering support to AH-64 Apache final assembly line.• Analyzed and dispositioned engineering repairs to non-conforming aircraft components using static analysis.• Received full Material Review Board (MRB) authority
