• Since starting my own freelance art company in 2017, I have completed over100 commissioned artworks, publicly displayed 5 series of works, have sold my works all over North America, and interviewed for an article in YOUR Magazine.• Accomplishments: A series of my wire illustrations were featured in the Art Galleryof Greater Victoria for a 3 month period in 2017.

• Leadership and HR: managing, scheduling and leading a team of 30+ staff. Duties included interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, dismissals, probationary check-ins, conducting weekly meetings, processing payroll, and maintaining employee records.• Customer service and community engagement: Duties included responding to and processing daily client requests, conflict resolution, scheduling group bookings, processing payments, connecting with sponsors/collaborators, program development, risk mitigation, teaching introductory climbing lessons, and upholding the Provincial Health and Safety standards during the Covid-19 pandemic. • Inventory management: ordering, pricing, reporting, and counting. Duties included weekly ordering of facility and retail supplies, conducting annual inventory counts, and submitting monthly inventory margin reports. • Accomplishments: I successfully led my team through the endless challenges presented by the Covid-19 crisis, in addition to opening a second facility which helped maintain and grow our customer base, which secured additional income revenues.

• Worked full-time as a store manager with a primary focus on branding, marketing, and community engagement. • Lead team meetings, organized shop events, networked with community leaders, and submitted weekly reports to HQ in Vancouver. • Accomplishments: Promoted from Supervisor to Junior Shop Director after 3 months of employment due to strong work performance, attracting high-value customers and generating a significant increase in sales.
