This summer, I joined Engineering for Change as an Expert Fellow for the Summer 2022 Fellowship. In this role, I managed a group of five fellows, each of whom were involved in an impact research, design for good, or advancing workflows project. I helped organize and lead regular communication with their partner organizations, ensured Fellows stayed on.

I partnered with twelve throughout this five-month fellowship to support the development of sustainable solutions using engineering for global development (EGD) principles. During the fellowship I engaged in weekly learning modules to grow my knowledge of the EGD field and human centered design process while connecting with 50+ fellows from 22 countries.

I helped the Administrative Assistant for the Engineering & Physics Department with tasks ranging from restocking supplies to managing the department's budget.

In a flipped classroom setting, I helped the professor answer student's questions in class. I also held review sessions before exams and helped formulate exam problems.

I was responsible for a number of kids ages one to thirteen years. This job has refined my leadership and communication skills.

During my summer internship I had the opportunity to perform testing on some of their products, including writing test protocols and test reports. I also updated and created new work instructions and Inventor drawings for some parts and products. Overall, it was a valuable internship that taught me a lot about the importance of communication across all.

I was nominated by my professor to tutor students in College Physics II. In addition, I tutored students in Physics I, Calculus III, and Differential Equations. I helped them understand the material discussed in class, and assisted them in solving problems.

I graded the homework the students turned in each class, and then entered those grades into the gradebook. I also ran study sessions to assist the students.
