Currently working as a Security Coordinator 4 at Northrop Grumman with an active Top Secret , supporting Government contracts at the SAP and Collateral levels; implementing and overseeing NISPOM 32 CFR Part 117 / DOD 5220.07 V2 requirements for classified work in an industrial environment. Using access control programs such as Lennel, DD-254 contract execution, DISS & NISS work, PERSEC work, investigations, Incident and Adverse reporting under SEAD 3 & 4 requirements. As a Navy Veteran with an active Secret Clearance, I have extensive experience in leading, instructing, and managing teams and projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. I served as a Petty Officer First Class at US Navy for 12 years, overseeing a department of 15 personnel, a budget and equipment valued at $5M.I have also demonstrated expertise in inventory control, weapons handling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation, delivering measurable results and receiving multiple awards for outstanding performance and professionalism. I have taught and instructed classes of 80 students, and provided counsel to senior leadership on operational and strategic matters. I am a dedicated and adaptable worker, with a strong desire to learn and grow in my career.
