Coming from a background as a cultural and policy advisor, I ensure that every organisation I work with design systems, services and products from an equity and cultural lens.Fluent in te reo Māori, throughout my career I have continuously coached, inspired and lead others to become more proficient in tikanga Māori and te reo Māori. When building relationships and engaging with Māori stakeholders I ensure that there is a strong level of whakaaro Māori embedded in organisational processes, as I believe implementing a Māori worldview into the work we do translates to better outcomes for Māori stakeholders, customers and colleagues.I desire to further continue delivering for Māori communities, and helping to support the collective development within the public sector.
