With almost 25 years in law enforcement I've had the opportunity to gain a wealth of knowledge and experience. My time as a Field Training Officer, Taser instructor, and a NEMRT certified Procedual Justice instructor has provided me with decades of experience in training and education. I also possess a Range Master Certification, the highest firearms instructor certification for the State of Illinois. I have a deep understanding and respect for people no matter what their story is. As a Crisis Intervention Team Officer, I recognize the importance of meeting people where they are and working to get them to where they need to be. My current role as a Drone Pilot has given me a new set of skills and new chapter to write for my own story.
