Being born and raised in Arizona I can definitely stand the heat, both in the desert and in the boardroom, and have a passion for tackling the toughest business challenges. The definition of self-made, I'm thankful for being blessed with a natural motivation to succeed which has propelled my drive for education, wisdom, and hands-on experience.Ever since I started working at 14 in the family VW junkyard (in the summer in Phoenix no less) to fund my own private high school education I've had to go the extra mile to succeed, which in hindsight was a wonderful habit-building experience.My personal and career growth has been in constant evolution and has equipped me with a myriad of diverse experiences, lifelong relationships and vast skillset that provides the confidence to tackle any challenge head on. Having worked and exceled in many innovative and industry leading organizations, including Google, Looker, Infor, Sage Software, Wells Fargo and other household brand names, in many different capacities has been a great privilege. My efforts have been recognized by my peers as a strong collaborator for decades in roles in the sales, marketing, and internal enablement departments. The software/high tech industry is where I've spent the bulk of my professional career and can attest that it evolves as fast as any other industry. To stay tuned in to and ahead of the curve requires innovative thinking. I've had the pleasure of leading the product marketing, field marketing, and sales support for some of the world's most advanced software solutions, including through highly regulated mergers and acquisitions (Sage --> Swiftpage --> Infor and Looker --> Google Cloud). This experience was instrumental in building a skillset that has propelled success in my current role within Google Cloud's enablement division. This rewarding role essentially entails advanced internal marketing to cut through the noise, multifaceted learning and course development, and building relationships with stakeholders across many of the infrastructure solutions divisions I currently support. Supporting multiple billion dollar businesses might not be easy, but it sure is fun!
