We work with both landlords and private home owners on commercial and residential properties, with the goal of improving energy efficiency in our community.Our teams improve your home's energy efficiency in several ways: adding or improving wall insulation and attic insulation, sealing air gaps, and working on general construction projects (door and window improvements).

Responsible for acquiring value add opportunities for single family homes and multi family rentals. We apply value by renovating the homes to current market standards and either selling or holding for long term capital wealth. Responsibilities include:- Evaluating long term rental value add possibilities via real estate pro formas- Raising private capital that exceeds market norm- Management of accounting for both long term and short term gains- Management of contractors- Inbound and outbound marketing techniques to identify off market real estate opportunities with built in profitability

• Maintain an ongoing understanding of ARRA through an interoperability perspective.• Work collaboratively with health care professionals integrating Public Health Interfaces for compliance with Meaningful Use Stage 1. This includes the implementation of the CCD (Continuity of Care Document), Syndromic Surveillance, Immunization, and Electronic Lab Report HL7 V2.5.1 interfaces. In addition, working with health care organizations to prepare for Stage 2 Meaningful Use requirements (E-Prescribing, etc.)• Actively participate and manage HCIS wide 6.x updates at various hospital organizations as well as ongoing interface implementation projects.• Interact with analysts from various vendor applications on site specific issues or required customizations. (ex: GE, Epic, Allscripts, Dr.First, Pyxis/Omnicell, McKesson, LabCorp, Amicas)• Maintain functionality of hospital’s production and development environments by tracking, monitoring and completing user requests, escalated issues; document activities and solutions.• Develop support and specification documentation for various interface products from MEDITECH. (ex: PACS, Public Health Interfaces, CCD, eRX, Lab, Imaging)• Troubleshoot inbound and outbound HL7 messages filing into and generating from MEDITECH. This includes understanding the core of networking issues, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, and other protocols.• Manage interoperability solutions for 15+ MEDITECH 6.x Hospitals • Managing Web based projects and maintaining a high level of devotion and dedication to all 6.x interoperable solutions.
