I managed and oversaw all events for the magazines, each one having four to five events annually (trade shows, gala's, discussions and summits). For each event, I was responsible for negotiating lodging & banquet contracts with hotels/golf courses. I managed all BSA's and BEO's, rooming/meeting arrangements, event agendas, travel logistics, budgets and special events. I traveled to every event and trade show to maintain relationships I developed with sponsors and advertisers. Over the course of six year I managed and trained over 100 employees. I was involved in the interviewing process as well as bi-annual employee reviews.
