My duties include;• Identifying, attracting and assessing potential candidates through sourcing, recruitment and interviews• Maintaining strict confidentiality while handling crucial documents like contracts and employment offers• Efficiently managing vacancy requests to ensure they are filled in a timely manner• Conducting impactful presentations• Establishing and nurturing candidate relationships as a primary point of contact throughout the selection process• Contributing to recruitment projects beyond regular responsibilities• Traveling to various Arnold Clark branches across Scotland• Developing and sustaining quality connections with managers and stakeholders

Duties included;• Managing a temporary recruitment desk for trades and labour for sites throughout the UK• Liaising with site supervisors to identify recruitment requirements on site • Speaking with candidates and carrying out interviews to ensure they are suitable for jobs• Visiting clients both in office and on building sites to maintain strong business relationships• Carrying out reference checks for candidates and making sure they are fully qualified• Working towards and exceeding monthly targets by creating a high volume of job placements• Business development and identifying new business opportunities in the market • Negotiating rates and prices with both clients and candidates in order to get the best deal• Keeping a CRM System up to date regularly

Duties included;• Developing client relationships and identifying suitable candidates to help clients improve their business • Taking detailed job specifications and matching that with top class candidates • Identifying and building relationships with motivated job seekers • Marketing candidates to prospective employers • Writing attractive job adverts and attractive the best candidates through a number of platforms including social media • Regular client visits each month • Weekly check on current client’s websites for new Vacancies • Daily check on live vacancies/adverts for candidates • Regular attendance of networking events such as BNI and Revitalise in order to generate new business • Regularly keeping a CRM system up to date
