Kyle is a recent magna cum laude Chapman University Graduate with a BFA degree in Animation and Visual Effects and a Minor in Production Design for Film. He is a creative with strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills, with experience in designing and developing from start to finish 2D animation projects, and as a production designer. His ideal job would be to develop his own characters and story in a full-length animated feature.Kyle has a love for story and developing characters that show depth in emotion. Involved in theater and choir for most of his childhood, Kyle has utilized his acting and improv skills to help identify with and animate his characters emotions and actions. Specific expertise in Action Sequences, Keyframe Animation, Computer Animation, In Between Animation, Traditional Animation, Visual Effects, Editing, Coloring/Colorist, and as a Clean-up Artist. While in school, Kyle also honed his writing schools, experimenting with exploratory writing and drawing, as well as building new original scripts for future projects.What sets Kyle apart is not only his drawing and story-telling skills, but his strong time management and project management skills delivering completed work on-time. His internship with National Diversified Sales, Inc. allowed him to further develop these abilities. A key member of the marketing team building website content, Kyle color corrected, correctly sized, and adjusted thousands of images, creating a unified look as well as establishing a company standard, all while meeting his daily and weekly quota.An avid video game enthusiast, Kyle loves a good story in a game and has done extensive research into both multi-player and single-player games and plans to develop his own game in the future.Besides drawing and living within the lives of the characters he develops, Kyle loves the outdoors, hiking and exploring. An Eagle scout, Kyle spent two weeks backpacking at Philmont Scout Ranch during high school, an experience that taught him much about team building, leadership, and the ability to push himself through challenging situations.
