CurrentEMB120/ Beech 99 IOE Captain May 2018- Current Captain on Embraer 120 and Beech 99 aircraft for ARGUS Gold Plus Rated Part 135 International and Domestic charter service and cargo operator; Operate at major Class B airports and international airspace with destinations in all of North America; Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers, manage trip details, plan flights including: weight and balance, aircraft performance, international documentation and fuel loads. Serve as IOE Captain in addition to ground and sim instructor on the EMB120. Assistant Chief Pilot June 2021- Current Supervise flight crew both in flight and for training requirements. Create, conduct and review training and qualification courses, tasks and documentation. Research flight details and conduct flights, enforcing all safety standards.Director of Recruiting March 2020- Current Recruit, screen and interview pilot applicants, serve as brand ambassador for company via social media, industry forums, events and job fairs; mentor new hires through interviewing and on-boarding process. EMB120 First Officer April 2017- May 2018 Serve as a First Officer on the EMB-120 and support the captain in their duties to complete a safe and on time operation for passengers and cargo.
