• Responsible for the direct oversight of a $10mil operation in Los Angeles
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure they meet exhaustive screening and performance criteria
• Planned and managed large-scale events for corporate and entertainment clients including; multiple Super Bowls, U.S. Open Championships and the NBA All-Star Game.
• Create and implement new processes and procedures to continuously improve service and operational efficiency..
• Manage key relationships with critical accounts, such as; the NFL, NBA and USGA.
