Responsible for recruiting Software Developer I and II’s for the Events team. We worked in many spaces of Microsoft Brands such as Azure, Office 365, Gaming and others. We hired Front-end, Back-end and Full Stack developers. The positions required skillsets in Java, C#, C++, Azure, Cloud and many other skillsets to vast to list. I became very proficient with Microsoft products such as OneNote, PowerApps and Microsoft Insights. We sourced through LinkedIn Recruiter as well as ICIMS. Microsoft also gave us an incredible library of training material as well as world class live trainings. I averaged 10-14 interviews per month with a very impressive hiring average to interviews. Unfortunately, the contract was cut short for reprioritization of hiring within Microsoft Brands. The shortened contract affected all recruitment agencies that partnered with Microsoft

Recruited Software Developers I, II’s and SDE Managers. I recruited for different departments within Amazon. Amazon is a very Metrics driven company. I exceeded all of Amazon’s Metric expectations. We were responsible for 3-4 SDE offers a month. Sourcing was a very large part of the position. The position required us to be very adaptable and able to adjust to Amazon’s always changing environment and prioritizations. I worked very closely with Hiring Managers from the initial reach out to acceptance of an offer. Amazon is also customer obsessed and we were required to provide the best experience possible to our candidates. We utilized ICIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter as well as Beamery and Hiretual.

Recruited for many different industries in Pennsylvania and across the United States. The most common positions I recruit for are IT positions. The positions vary from Desktop Support to Developers, Program Managers and Architects. I have recruited almost every position that IT has to offer. Some of the most recent technical requirements are Java, AWS, SAP, BI and many more. I also recruit for other professional positions and functional positions as well for various companies and corporations Generally, I have anywhere from 20 to 40 Requisitions at a time. I generally have 2-5 hires per month depending on our current needs. We have hired for such companies as The Commonwealth of PA, SOHO Technologies, Highmark, Grant Thornton, Deloitte, Microsoft, US Navy and many more entities. I was also responsible for acquiring new business which consisted of finding new end-clients. Selling new end-clients to partner with ProRec was a very large partof my day-to-day operations.

Responsible for the oversight and Maintenance of all of Dauphin County buildings. Oversaw the work of approximately 50+ employees. We were responsible for general maintenance and remodeling projects as well. Negotiating prices with outside contractors and bids were a very large part of my duties.

We were a company that started with two employees and grew the business to 20+ employees. My company did the repair of homes with damaged Dryvit and restorations from water, storm and fire damage. We were one of 12 approved companies to restore and fix the exterior Dryvit for the Dryvit class-action lawsuit. When I decided to pursue other interests, we were still in great standing with an A+ rating which is an extremely difficult title to obtain and maintain.
