As a SALT tax intern at Crowe, I work with a team of professionals to provide state and local tax services to clients across various industries. I assist with tax research, compliance, audits, and consulting projects, applying my knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations. I have a bookkeeping basics certificate from Coursera, and I have one year of experience as a bookkeeper at A to Z Bookkeeping and a teller at PNC. In these roles, I have developed strong skills in customer service, cash management, accounts reconciliation, and invoice processing. I have also demonstrated my ability to solve problems, communicate effectively, and pay attention to detail. I am passionate about accounting and finance, and I am currently pursuing a master's degree in accounting from Western Governors University. My goal is to become a certified public accountant and advance my career in the tax field.
