Contextream provides a new load balancing technology based on SIP registration for MTA devices onto the IMS network. All former CDV Switch Engineer responsibilities receive continued support.CDV Switch Engineer2006 - 2007 Second level support for customer reported troubles, often working directly with equipment vendors and network carriers to resolve issues. Responsible for upgrading software and hardware on the Cisco BTS10200, Cedar Point Safari and MGX 8800. Additional duties included, assisting with facility turn up and maintenance as well as switch translations, involvement with troubleshooting and interacting with all portions of the CDV network including but not limited to Tellabs 5500 DAC, Cisco 7301 and Cisco 2950.
