In addition to processing all incoming orders, I coordinate with our production and packaging teams to ensure products get built and shipped in a timely manner. I handle all customer inquiries, including both basic and extensive customization requests. We ship nationwide, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as internationally with an increasing business presence in Canada, and I work with a number of carriers, both corporate and independent, to get our product to the customer. Urban Billy is a rapidly growing company, and I also help with business development, coming up with and implementing plans to optimize production, packaging, inventory management and customer service. A large part of my role is keeping the website and Etsy listings updated, shooting and editing product photographs as well as adding and refining product descriptions.

I started serving at LSA Burger Co, the company's flagship restaurant shortly after its opening. Being part of the first generation of employees, I helped establish a strong workplace culture and saw the restaurant become the busiest restaurant in Denton, leading to the expansion of LSA and opening of new concepts. I took an active role in helping set up some of these new concepts, volunteering to help with openings, decoration etc. As a bartender, I contributed to LSA's cocktail menu.
