Infill development of residential and commercial real estate throughout Southern California◼ Work closely with cities, counties and municipalities to navigate the entitlement process (zone change, general plan amendment, CUP, etc.) in order to significantly increase property value◼ Generate pro-formas for prospective properties and negotiate with landowners and brokers via Letters of Intent and Purchase Sale Agreements.◼ Maintain relationships and negotiate with potential end users (residential or commercial builders, senior living operators) and deliver fully entitled projects upon approval by planning commission or city council.◼ Participate in extensive community outreach to ensure project support and mitigate risk.

Assess current lending needs and provide growth plans for individuals and business owners◼ Maintain and expand book of business containing high net worth individuals (1 Million+ of investable assets)◼ Evaluate client’s financial needs and recommend appropriate banking and investment products◼ Work closely with business partners to meet personal and business banking needs
