I am a graduate of the National Film & Television School, where I completed a Higher Diploma in Motion Graphics and Titles. This course provided me with invaluable industry influenced experience and knowledge. In brief, I furthered my working competency with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and expanded my skill set to include After Effects, Premier Pro and Cinema 4D competency. I completed several projects covering multiple areas (including title sequences, branding, marketing, info-graphics). I worked to different types of briefs e.g. those with complete creative licence, collaborative with the client briefs and those that had been issued by external, industry clients with a more defined output required. Prior to this course, I attained a BA (Hons) in Graphic Arts at Bucks New University. As a result of my work experience and education, I have gained valuable transferable skills such as problem solving, taking charge of projects, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, etc., all of which are skills that I believe are essential within a motion graphics design role. Furthermore, I am organised and capable of planning a diverse workload to meet demanding targets. I work well under pressure and I am reliable and hard working. I have an outgoing and friendly manner coupled with a natural ease with people, thus I can communicate effectively at all levels.I am seeking a role which will enable me to continue to learn and develop my design skills whilst helping to realise the design objectives of the company and produce high quality w
