Software Engineering Position with Washington University's Research Infrastructure Services Department. Trained and refined a large language model based on the existing Stanford ALPACA model to serve as an intermediate customer service resource. Developed a novel training body of over 1,000 technical questions, and oversaw training and evaluation of the model. Improved and redesigned front-facing interface to support necessary tools such as server-side conversation caching and user rating/feedback on responses. Arranged and presented findings at conclusion of internship.

- Ongoing development of Open-CV based computer vision system- Engineering custom vision pipeline for automated analysis of ion tracks in Lunar and Meteorite SEM Scans- Additionally assisting with the translation of research tools from MATLAB to a modernized Python/NumPy stack.
