I also pride myself on my timekeeping skills as well as communicating well with others.I have completed the BA (Hons) in Business Management at The National College of Ireland receiving a final grade of 2:1.I have spent the past 4 years as a Software Support Consultant for DP Systems Ltd. My responsibilities include Supporting clients with any issues or queries they may have regarding their business software packages. My responsibilities here includes:• Investigating issues and finding the root cause to fix any problems that our customer has in a prompt and timely manner. • Ensure that all issues are logged in our ICT in house Ticketing system. • Perform routine software testing on our mobile and desktop applications to ensure clients software is up to a high standard. • Liaise with the application development team to support a range of custom request changes to suit the needs of our different customers.• Involved in taking ownership of new site installation projects and the onboarding of new clients to our software systems. This includes the support of various customers as they change from different business software to our application portfolio. I have 7+ years experience in working in the hospitality industry with the Louis Fitzgerald Group. Here I have worked in many of the Groups Bars and Hotels however my main base would be the Laurels Clondalkin in which I have spent over 4 years working as a Senior Bartender. My main responsibilities in the laurels included that service is provided in a professional and prompt manner. Running both “The Laurels Whiskey Bar” and also” The Laurels Cocktail Bar”. Running the pubs Social Media pages in dealing with customer queries, helping with Advertising and running Competitions. I also managed the Lounge staff to ensure that customer table service is kept at the highest possible standard. One of my main duties would be cashing up all bar tills at the end of the night.I have also volunteered as Club Secretary for the Clondalkin Shotokan Academy. I have 3+ years experience in the role of administrative assistant and club secretary. My main responsibilities here included managing the club membership and financial databases, helping run the club website and Social media pages and to help organise and run fund raising events.
