• Worked as the Transactions Management Analyst on JLL's JREC platform specializing in loan servicing and specifically any loan assumption and/or prohibited equity transfer that occurs within any and all multifamily loans originated through agency lenders by the JLL Capital Markets platform and its production teams.• Organized and coordinated the engagement, due diligence, equity structuring, closing, and correspondence processes between lender and client to streamline and efficiently complete all assumption and transfer requests for JLL originated Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac loans. • First and main point of contact throughout the process for all assumption processing and prohibited equity transfers.• Assisted in underwriting and financial analysis of multifamily assets in a all markets around the United States.• Communicated and efficiently worked with a diverse group of legal counsels and third party vendors to prepare lender required reports in connection with the prohibited equity transfer and assumption processes.• Ability to efficiently sort through, read, and understand loan documents in an effort to streamline the review and transfer processes as a member of JLL's servicing platform.
