Kyle Fraser is an Operations Supervisor for Emergency Medical Care Inc., contracted under Emergency Health Services in Nova Scotia, Canada. Kyle has over a decade of experience in pre-hospital care and is registered as an Advanced Care Paramedic under the College of Paramedics of Nova Scotia (CPNS). He currently serves as the Western Regional representative for the provincial EHS AED Registry and was previously a founding member of the Injury Prevention Taskforce.Kyle's current role involves managing daily paramedic service operations. He is currently responsible for supervising all assigned physical resources, including paramedics, ambulance bases, system vehicles, equipment and inventory. He monitors and provides feedback regarding the Primary, Intermediate and Advanced Care Paramedic scopes of practice. He also preforms various administrative duties such as internal/external investigations, operational staffing and auditing of provincial assets.Kyle is entrusted with various responsibilities that revolve around effective leadership and supervision.
