CurrentPerform Battery Cabinet (BC) installation, start-up and conditioning, commissioning, debug and testing, as required at client locationsTroubleshoot and failure analyze product issues via email, phone, or traveling to customer sites Work with Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Production to promptly and efficiently resolve product issues and satisfy customer expectations and requirementsGenerate, track, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the departmentTechnical documentation of necessary processes and proceduresProvide exceptional technical service and support to internal and external customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfactionConduct training and refreshers on Battery Cabinet (BC) Systems to Service and Support personnel, customers, and 3rd party service providers
