Designed and manufactured an Arduino Uno enabled device to upgrade Chonku Chonku prize machines to detect and read near field communication (NFC) antenna embedded coins. Also integrated LED and sound systems into the machine to draw more interest to the machines and improve customer experience.

This lab focuses on soft robotics. I aid graduate researchers through CADing and manufacturing polymer actuators and stretchable sensors. Specifically my work involves polymer synthesis and molding and experimenting to find new and efficient ways of creating motion in soft robots.

Here I work on researching and writing academic papers, animating figures for papers, performing scientific experiments using microscopes and other tools, using electrodeposition to create nano motors. Also it has given me experience working with sputtering and SEM machines in a professional cleanroom.

Worked on writing SIR grant proposals and creating professional CAD models and animations of novel metal 3D printing systems.

I was a summer camp counselor at an engineering camp at Legoland CA. Here I worked with kids aged 6-12 teaching them basic engineering concepts such as gear ratios and levers. We worked to inspire our campers to channel their creativity towards engineering while having a fun time.
