• Acting Training Manager for the Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Service Line, responsible for planning, leading, and executing PCG’s Eclipse IV&V Training and Certification Program.• Supports Proposal Managers with proposal writing, subject matter expertise, and quality assurance reviews.• Conducts business development research to determine opportunities, assess market viability, provide competitor analysis, evaluate potential business opportunities, and provide bid/no bid research and analysis.

• Leads and participates in IV&V technical reviews and assessments, and provides technical oversight of applicable processes, methodologies, and tools to minimize risk and validate the applicable requirements, standards and best practices are being followed.• Aids in the development and delivery of comprehensive periodic assessment reports containing results from oversight tasks and recommendations for improvement.• Supports project stakeholders in the planning and strategy discussions on the best approaches for addressing risks and issues as they occur, in an effort to keep the project on schedule and within budget.• Ensures the quality of IV&V deliverables, work products, and communication with the client. • Updates the IV&V findings log with applicable project observations, risks, and issues as necessary.
