I developed automated data acquisition sequences for a pneumatics test rig. Processing data from over 200 tests, the 3 programs created were able to provide accurate design justification. This included modeling systems and valves through analysis of pressure transducer data. In addition, a Python GUI was developed to automate the testing process by importing test information from Excel sheets, uploading configurations and auto-generating reports. Inspired by troubles with testing, a wheel-end FMEA was also created to identify potential safety concerns and minimize the fail probability of at-risk components.

Assigned to retrofit and manufacture an assembly kit to update existing fielded projects improving manufacturing accuracy, reduced assembly time, and improved modeling. In addition, I generated predictive run-time modeling for lithium ion batteries based on test data from over 100 batteries. This estimated the battery fatigue percentage to justify replacing old batteries not meeting the required run-time.
