This role provides client relationship support through managing, gathering, and analyzing client data, helping prepare preliminary financial plans and other client deliverables, and working with clients to resolve issues and other practice management tasks as needed.

Responsible for using multiple marketing tools, both in place and creating new ones, to cultivating new customers while maintaining current ones. Communicating with the potential or current customer to provide the best option for their specific situation is a vital role in this position.

Involved in the day-to-day operations including but not limited to training and supervising of employees, monitoring guest experiences and taking appropriate actions to assure the best customer service, the completion of income and employee scheduling reports, and assisting in the coordination of outings, tournament, and public play.

Duties included maintaining and executing interactive games, distribute promotional items, assist in execution of Texans events, and ensure sponsorship activation efforts for community events.
