I integrate Ideal products by performing Acceptance Test Procedures. I work on installations, repairs, and customer training and support. I also work in other areas as needed, such as electrical assembley, inspection, etc. We have created a lean culture at Ideal Aerosmith and we practice continuous improvement of our products, processes, and services over time. We are encouraged to share and/or implement our ideas for lean improvements.

Carefully maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in all work areas.Take initiative to find extra tasks when scheduled duties are complete.
