● Managing a team up to 40 people on site● Responsible for Daily/weekly/monthly rotas for staff● Planning 1-2-1's and ensuring employees training, goals and targets are up to date● Creating a positive and safe environment for the team to build success● Implementing new processes and procedures to improve day to day tasks● Training associates and creating standard operating procedures● Short-listing, interviewing, recruitment and induction of new staff● Ensure that members of the operations team adhere to company rules and work ethics● Collating and analysing data and other metrics within the quality areas and driving improvements.
