As a Sales Performance Coach, my scope of work includes: * Interviewing and onboarding new global telemarketing agents* Establishing quarterly goals and driving the team to successfully complete tasks correlated to our goals* Problem solving to meet our customers' needs, adjusting sales strategy based on customer feedback, and reinforcing communication with customers through easy-to-access tools and reportsAs a Sales Performance Coach, I help our team of contractors and incarcerated individuals learn new skills and grow to their full potential through positive reinforcement and coaching.
