Duties include direct interface with the DOE TBI federal project director, and responsibility to align all resources needed to compliantly treat 2000 gallons of radioactive waste from a one million gallon, underground nuclear waste tank and disposition the waste through final shipment. These duties further include oversight of process hazard analyses, procurement of safety-significant hardware, all phases of design review, overcoming significant permitting challenges, and alignment of scope to contract requirements.Duties further included preparation of earned value and cost variance reports, coordinating engineering, quality, and project controls. These duties also included responsibility for preparation of proposals and contract change requests for the department, development of risk registers and tracking and costing scope changes, ultimately producing the entire package required to receive additional funding.
