Objective: To obtain a management and/or lead position within Project Controls.Summary:• Over 12 years of Project Controls Engineering, Lead and Management experience both in the US and Internationally • Professional, positive attitude aimed at supporting employer’s objectives and values• Team player and demonstrated ability to provide leadership and motivate team members• Proven ability to introduce time and cost saving initiatives into process• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and SpanishExperience: • Specialized in all areas of project controls including; scheduling, cost engineering, earned value management, baseline development, change control, variance analysis, performance reporting, cost estimating, risk management, and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) based contract certified cost and pricing proposal development.• Project Controls Lead for Washington River Protection Solutions (WRPS) Tank Farm Projects organization supporting construction upgrades and chemical vapor response projects• Project Controls Manager/Lead on Magnox Fuel Element Debris (FED) Dissolution Project supporting delivery of a 60% volume reduction in Intermediate Level Waste at reactor sites• Project Controls Engineer assigned to support Hanford Nuclear Site burial ground and pipeline remediation projects• Responsible for development, integration and execution of projects from technical into programmatic baselines forecast to deliver up to 500 million pounds of savings to the Magnox Nuclear Decommissioning Lifecycle Baseline• Accountable for all weekly and month-end project control activities such as schedule updates, estimate at completion forecasting, accruals, variance analysis, trending, cost/schedule recovery initiatives and written project status• Developed Project Controls Procedures for lifetime plan development, scheduling, cost estimating, change control, risk, contingency and reporting
