The acquisition included needing to create an additional business unit within Quorum along with all the necessary configuration steps. Project Manager of two professionals for the overseeing of an application support agreement. The client coming off a very large merger of equals needed additional support to cover their backlog of Quorum and OpenInvoice tickets. Originally the support agreement was for three (3) months, but because of the work and help the team provided the agreement was extended an additional (8) months.Project Manager leading a team of 3 professionals for the systematic updating of marketing exemption groups (MEGs) within Quorum Division Order (QDO). The client needed to cleanup previous MEG issues, which included over 750 DOIs. The DO team at the client did not have the time or resources to complete a task within a short window of time asking for the project team to come in and complete it within 6 weeks including a UAT phase.Project Manager leading a team of 4+ professionals for the merger and integration of two large Permian based companies that combined is one of the largest pure play Permian operators. This project oversaw assets coming from OGSys into Quorum accounting. The merging asset consisted of over 1,000 properties spread across NM and TX. The ETL process was for all Master Data, Cost Accounting, DO, Revenue, and Transactional data. The project included two UAT cycles and phased Cutover to ensure the client had a smooth transition. The outcome of this project has led to multiple signed SOWs with the client.

The new disposal system will be comprised of over 13 miles of pipeline and will save LINN 40% on the costs of disposing the produced water, with a total savings at $3,750,000 for the 33 LRP recompletes alone.
