ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Provide support for internal questions within the department and the organization.• Manage a strategic book of business, with a strong emphasis on client health, adoption relationship building, client satisfaction, retention, and advanced solutioning. Responsible for implementations within BOB.• Responsible for providing the voice of the customer at cross-functional meetings, including bug triage meetings, and special projects.• Use advanced product knowledge and experience to identify and resolve complex issues that arise.• Document & relay bugs and client requests to the Product Team.• Document all client issues and correspondence.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES• Responsible for managing, coaching, providing regular performance-based feedback, conducting annual career conversations, documenting performance, and goal setting with direct reports.• Involved in team planning, interviewing, candidate selection, and organizing new hire training for the department.

Greater Philadelphia Area

Develop and maintain relationships with clients during and after implementation of the Vector EHS software. Specific duties include:• Create a project plan using Microsoft Project for larger implementations• Configure Vector EHS to a client’s specific needs and conduct training via web meetings• Manage implementation projects from client sign-up• Record webinars to assist clients with introducing new employees to Vector EHS• Manage client relationships with follow up calls and meetings after implementation• Administer account reviews with clients to obtain suggestions for software improvement• Respond to client support requests and investigate any issues until final resolution• Initiate feature requests discovered through daily interactions with clients• Work with the product team as the voice of the client regarding new site feature designs• Collaborate with account managers about upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities• Analyze organizational hierarchy structures and configure them within the software• Travel to client locations for onsite implementations or account reviews

• Plan and conduct training classes for employees to learn software• Consult with customer to build software based on their preferences• Provide live support with company software for smooth transition• Adjust to changing customer requests and needs throughout the implementation• Initiate software improvements through my own ideas and client modification requests• Relate G/L accounts to Financial Statement to prepare for submission• Teach, mentor, and coach less experienced co-workers• Continue support remotely following on-site training• Write summaries of training to allow supervisors to follow up with customer• Learn new applications for the purpose of training customers• Travel to customers throughout the US for on-site training and support
