Promote WKU basketball and the Athletic Department on behalf of the Sports Information Department. Assist with social media presence on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.- Edit graphics, photos, and create compelling video content.- Attend meetings and public events that promote WKU Basketball. - Provide public relations for the Sports Information Department.- Highlight interesting stories with enthusiasm and creativity.- Exercise discretion in both in-person and virtual environments.

Dedicate approximately 30-40 weekly hours performing any and all duties requested to support D-I basketball program, players, and coaches. Perform and execute duties year-round.● Organize, set up, and inventory team equipment and uniforms for practices and games. Pack all materials and travel with the team for road contests.● Coordinate food orders for the basketball program at home and on the road. ● Train and mentor the new managers.● Oversee visiting teams' needs, practice set up, and uniform assistance.● Assist with skill improvement and development of players.● Guide and entertain basketball recruits. Create recruiting edits.● Perform film editing for game preparation. Assist in games wherever needed. ● Build relationships with players, coaches, and the Bowling Green community.
