Provide support to the In Home Supportive Services Program (IHSS) for Plumas and Sierra Counties by performing Enrollment service for all new Provider both in person and remotely. Also, I maintain the Registry of Providers for both Counties by recruiting Providers for this program through a standardized application process. These Providers can then be referred by myself to Recipients in need of care.Operate as the sole contact representing my agency to both Plumas and Sierra Counties. Maintaining strong, professional relationships with both Counties is a strong focus on my role in the agency.Normally, Orientations would be held in person by myself traveling to various locations throughout the region but these have adapted to COVID-19 restrictions by creating and hosting a new remote Orientation system which I now use to hold multiple Orientations a week.

Actively manage a Volunteer Program of around 200 Volunteers in fifteen unique sub-programs. Assist in planning and scheduling for all Volunteer and Interpretive Programs in addition to Special Events for both Guests and Staff alike. Guide new Volunteers through the recruitment process into on-site training. Wrote complex program proposals while continuing to contribute to larger projects while working with many different departments and groups. Maintain the Volunteer Management System, "Better Impact", to help streamline the Volunteer Program through targeted trainings and the recording of service hours. Also created multiple training programs including harassment in the workplace trainings in line with the State offered "Bear in Mind" workplace harassment training. Conduct both individual and large group trainings at regular intervals or as needed. Ensured the training of over forty new Volunteers during my time at the Park. Work to develop partnerships with Connecting Point, FREED and Nevada Joint Union High School along with continuing to work with dozens of regional schools to facilitate School Tours for Guests studying California History.

Participate in Interpretive Programs such as Sutter's Fort or Bust, Environmental Living and the Emigrant Train. These programs are designed to interpret California history to fourth grade students whose interpretation falls in line with California State educational standards.

Provide regular tours, multiple times a day for Guests with interest in Park History and Steam Engine Operation. Ensured proper daily maintenance and care for historic equipment while maintaining the highest standards for safety.

Served as Core Lead and Trainer for five attractions including the Davy Crockett's Explorer Canoes, Rafts to Tom Sawyer Island, Sailing Ship Columbia, Mark Twain Riverboat and Fantasmic Show Operations. Lead a team of as many as a dozen to uphold extremely high standards for our Guests. Wrote new Operational Guidelines that are still in use today. Also served as a Stage Scheduler to perform day of scheduling needs for hundreds of Cast Members. Trained new and current staff on policy and procedure, responsible for the curriculum used by other Trainers by writing and implementing new and existing training standards.
