Providing significant experience in the UPS, DC Plant, and lighting inverter environment to better support the CCI staff, the existing clientele, and any customer that is interested in the equipment and services that CCI can provide. Including but not limited to, startup, commissioning, decommissioning, retrofitting, PMs, troubleshooting, battery maintenance. Answering questions about new equipment, existing equipment, operation, alarms, and expectations.

• Perform Startup/Commissioning, preventive maintenance, and unscheduled maintenance on all equipment across the entire Schneider Electric product line on single module and multi-module systems.• Perform basic Power Audits of customer’s distribution systems, working with Sales to complete Availability Assessments.• Document all required information for each site visit performed• Work with other team members to complete custom and large installation projects• Properly document, label, and return all defective parts utilized in the repair of SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC equipment to the designated disposal/repair location.• Educate customers on basic operation of their equipment. Inform customers of issues which they may have experience with their equipment in a way which is beneficial to the customer.• Assist Service Partners in site visits, evaluating technical and professional performance.• Perform other duties as assignedI provide installation, maintenance, and repair services on UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply), InRow AC units, and Electric Vehicle Chargers Level 2 and Level 3. Safety is my main concern, closely followed by an excellent customer service experience. I use schematics, written and oral information along with any other means necessary to help diagnose and troubleshoot any issues that may occur with all of the equipment that I work on. I build strong relations with each customer I visit to help promote a lifelong brand.
