• Achieving all store KPI's - UPT, Product Care Ratio, Mystery Shop and Conversion through Exceptional Customer Service• Improving the store through effective employment• Providing commercial feedback to senior management• Developing and distributing analytical paperwork• Ensuring the store is hitting its KPI’s on a Weekly and Quarterly basis• Staff Reviews - Personal Improvement Plan (PIP) &Personal Development Plan (PDP)• Producing monthly PowerPoint documents of 14 stores photos • Point of contact for 14 stores regarding VM moves and making sure stores are commercially aware• Training and Developing staff through strategic training plans• Implement Systems & Strategies to ensure smooth running of the store• Adhering to Disciplinary policies and procedures• Supporting stores that are in the South during busy periods• Training new Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers
