• Optimize operational processes to create an efficient work environment for a team of 40+ employees. • Develop and implement project plans for IT infrastructure initiatives, including hardware and software upgrades, and network upgrades.• Keep abreast of expenses via vendor relationships and properly allocating staffing levels. • Provide continuous training to maintain our World Class Customer Service. • Oversee day to day operational activities and support my Ops Management staff and Employees. • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective delivery of projects.• Ensure adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget constraints while maintaining quality standards.• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders, including senior management, project team members, and external vendors.

-Deploying employees based on customer traffic needs.-Coaching leaders and employees in the moment. -Assisting customers and modeling selling skills.-Prevent non-buyers & coach accordingly.-Customer concerns/escalations. -POS overrides.-Key calls/change/warehouse.-Assisting vendors and third party labor.-Overflow phone calls.-Work Online and in-Store POS issues.

-Utilizes effective communication and company tools in providing timely feedback/coaching of team bi-monthly one on ones, quarterly performance appraisals and establish a reliable and consistent people rhythm.-Accountable for development of team to include succession planning and preparing team members for future roles.-Utilizes Gap management as necessary.
