This position requires the flexibility to act autonomously at times while adhering to overall department and company policies and procedures.1. Coordinate service and Installations/De-Installs/Changes as requested by the customer. 2. Provide on-site implementation support, coordinate and conduct customer training upon implementation and turnover.3. Ensures complete customer satisfaction with implementation of equipment. 4. Conduct Hardware/Software/Communication Issue Troubleshooting as needed.5. Installs ATM services on Kiosk equipment/product software as required and provide off-site implementation support as directed by the Program Manager – Kiosk Services. 6. Organize and update technical documentation as required.7. Develop working knowledge of all operating standards, practices, and procedures. 8. Provide technical support and training to new or less experienced personnel. 9. Assist in solving field implementation problems. 10. Must follow standardized methods during installations, manage assigned projects and have technical problem resolutions skills.11. Maintains excellent communication with team regarding all aspects of their duties.12. Follow departmental procedures to meet customer and client needs in an innovative and resourceful manner.13. Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a high-pressure environment while paying a great amount of attention to detail and meeting assigned deadlines. 14. Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent follow-through to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
