I love doing sports related activities, teaching, coaching, and being a role model for the kids. I particularly like coaching at a highly competitive level in AAU but at the same time greatly enjoy even elementary rec basketball leagues like the one I directed for the Orange School system in 2014 With Ex-NBA player Raja Bell's sons Dia and Tai.• Camp Director for the East Coast’s most prominent basketball organization, directly working with over 2,000 campers throughout the summer. • Assisted in the recruitment of campers, gaining more campers than the previous summer.• Organized Nightly Bed-Checks for current campers, assigning to and collecting from the Coaching Staff to ensure camper accountability each night. • Communicated directly with Parents, including phone calls, e-mails, and face-to-face interactions in regards to answering questions or troubleshooting issues. • Coached campers throughout the summer during Early Bird workouts and several camp sessions, teaching them the fundamentals and proper skills needed to successfully play the game of basketball. • Maintained the camp facilities throughout the summer, ensuring they were above standards for campers. • Directed local school district gyms throughout camp weeks, keeping teams and referee’s on schedule as well as ensuring campers got to and from the appropriate gym to the next
