I have always found myself using creative ways to solve problems in my personal life as well as my career. Being able to keep my eye on the end goal in the midst of adversity is my super power.In my current role as a coach it is an incredibly rewarding experience. Great coaching goes beyond just teaching the fundamentals of the game; it’s about fostering a passion for basketball, instilling confidence, and building character. While coaching is apart of my role, I also supported the business side of the company. Analyzing several streams of information, collaborating with senior leadership, and planning/booking team meetings, tournaments, and events. I am currently studying to achieve CompTIA A+ certification.
