Our digital products today are envisioned and deployed with the focused purpose of helping customers improve their bottom line and address their most pressing needs. Every product or product enhancement starts with a deep dive into these Customer Opportunity Pools. At its core, our Customer Success team will ensure our Partners are extracting and maximizing the value of the Connected Collections portfolio of solutions within their organizations. This dedicated focus on making the customer successful will drive greater opportunities, reduced churn rates, improved product feedback loops, and increased opportunities for additional equipment, digital, and aftermarket solutions.
