Duties and Responsibilities include:• Understand customer / patient use of and manufacturing processes for site manufactured, packaged and/or distributed products.• Track receipt, investigation and closure of product complaints to ensure adherence to established timelines.• Perform complaint intake / modifications, customer communications and sample processing (inclusive of reserve requests and supporting documentation).• Investigate complaints and subsequently document the evaluation actions taken and conclusions reached using the defined report template.• Conduct investigation into potential trend signals, including review of risk management file and coordination of cross-functional investigation team meetings as required per SOP.• Where possible identify the root cause of the complaint and facilitate identification and implementation of corrective and preventive actions relative to a complaint investigation.• Initiate and submit Quality Notification To Management records as required per procedure, including when new risks are identified during the course of the investigation.• Track and trend complaints, including provision of trend reviews / reports to customers, site and corporate management, and for Annual Product Records Reviews.• Perform periodic reviews of program-related SOPs / processes and revise as necessary.• Perform gap assessments to assure alignment of site program SOPs with policy; close identified gaps through SOP revision or other actions.• Support internal and external cGMP audits and regulatory agency inspections, and completion of post-audit / inspection commitments.• Support additional projects and initiatives as directed by management.

Duties and Responsibilities include:• Receiving, Unpacking, & Storing Customer Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API)• Editing Batch Records in Word and routing them through SAP for approval• Monitoring the production of customers pharmaceutical products. • Liaison to customer representatives. • Labeling, packaging, and shipping customer product samples.

ROLE SUMMARYResponsible for the preparation and/or operation of various components, materials, equipment, machines including, but not limited to: any and/or all applicable components, materials, equipment, machines in the assigned area(s). While performing all tasks in a safe manner.Duties and Responsibilities include:• Maintain proper documentation - batch records, check sheets, logbooks.• Perform fill room setup and perform room and equipment sanitation, including work over head.• Ensures environmental excursions are kept at an acceptable level.• Stay current with training requirements and follow SOPs, cGMPs, batch records, TCPs, BOMs and POPs.• Communicates openly and clearly with line personnel and supervision to accomplish manufacturing goals.• Promote a positive team environment.• Notifies Group Leader/Supervisor of all safety issues.

Duties and Responsibilities include:• Operating large lawn care equipment including Tractors/Implements• Grounds care including weeding, mowing, trimming, pruning, etc. • Facility care including painting, drywall repair, office furniture repair, installing office fixtures, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities include:• Admitting patients to the unit• Reviewing and completing paperwork• Planning and conducting activities with patients• Documenting patient progress through company EMR system• Assisting with unit chores• Assisting patients with everyday needs• Provide support to the nursing staff by tracking patient vitals and assisting in medical emergencies on the unit.• Transport patients to scheduled appointments as needed.• Comply with Patient Confidentiality policies and HIPAA Regulations while always maintaining a professional manner.

Duties and Responsibilities include:• Read job specification to determine material requirements• Pull material required to complete orders• Prep parts for assembly utilizing hand tools, punch presses, and mills• Fabricate and assemble components to build window units• Prepare units, install glass (glazing) and hardware according to drawing specifications• Conduct quality inspections• Assist other fabricators / glaziers with any other necessary tasks to adhere to deadlines and completion of product• Position requires working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
