Technical Services Analyst
Current- Provide end-to-end management of Powerlink end-user technology and computing environment comprising of, but not limited to administration, configuration and deployment of client facing technology including Microsoft Endpoint Manager tools (e.g., Intune) and the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) in order to deliver a robust, reliable computing environment.- Create and distribute approved software packages to the business utilising relevant tools in accordance with ITIL and best practice service delivery frameworks.- Manage and/or operate IT security technologies to ensure appropriate measures are maintained to protect Powerlink’s IT environment including maintaining operating system updates and patching processes to ensure alignment with the corporate patching policy, and to ensure best practice security standards.- Maintain customer expectations for the provision of IT services in accordance with defined Service Levels and best practice service delivery frameworks (such as ITIL), and work with customers and IT staff to provide user awareness and communications of Powerlink end-user technology and computing.- Provide a high level of customer service in the support of critical Powerlink collaboration, conferencing and communication services such as Microsoft Teams and meeting room technology. This includes performing daily tasks to ensure these services are working as designed.- Develop internal technical IT-user and business end-user documentation & artefacts that empower utilisation of relevant IT equipment and systems. This may also include providing end-user training or demonstration of IT products and services.- Proactively liaise with customers to seek and act on feedback, and establish and review IT service delivery processes and procedures, to ensure continuous improvement in the delivery of efficient, cost-effective and high-quality corporate IT support services.
