I help people build their Financial Legacy. The financial pillar I help with, is the home mortgage and I've realized the mortgage process is often treated as a one-size-fits all approach which can actually cost a ton of money in unecessary closing costs and interest over my clients lifetime of paying back mortgages. I believe there is a MUCH better way to help people align their mortgage to their financial objectives and all it takes is a dedicated conversation of knowing what to look for and ask. Everyone has different goals and ways of using their mortgage and understanding my clients intentions is my wheelhouse! For some people, they might only have the loan for two years. Others might want to be debt free by the time their kids get to college. Some might want to maximize their equity so they can double the size of house in ten years and keep the same payment. Since everyone has different goals, the automated/one-size-approach is a terrible way of financing a home. My personal promise is that I will help my clients find the mortgage solution saving the most money, long-term, all things considered.
