Producing Branch Manager responsible for managing a team of loan officers as well as originating Residential Mortgage Loans. As a Branch Manager I was responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and staff development. I completed Business Planning with my loan officers to help them set goals and worked with them to attain them. I tracked Compliance Training to ensure that we were keeping in compliance with mandatory training, licensing and all Federal Compliance Regulations. I was responsible for the fiscal operations of the branch as well, maintaining a P&L and keeping costs down to maintain profitability. I originated all types of Residential Mortgage Loans including FHA, VA, USDA, Bond Loans (CHFA), Jumbo and Renovation financing with FHA 203K and HomePath. Business to Business relationship building was key to my success as a manager and loan officer, and I went out several times a week to establish and deepen relationships with Business Partners in the community who would become referral sources.
