He was then involved in various corporate transactions including an initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange, acquisitions and sales of private equity portfolio companies, as well as corporate reorganisations and restructurings.Kyle was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2010, after completion of his Postgraduate Law Course where he was ranked 2nd in his cohort. Kyle graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2009 where he was a Final Year Dean's Lister. Prior to his university studies, Kyle relocated from Malaysia to Singapore in 2003 after he was awarded the ASEAN Scholarship.
